The following terms govern the use of the websites casafixa.com and casafixa.pt ("Site") operated by COSMIC DUSK, UNIPESSOAL LDA ("CASAFIXA", "we"). By using the Site, you accept these terms.
1. Description of services
The Site provides information about CASAFIXA's home renovation services in Lisbon and Greater Lisbon (painting/plastering/minor repairs, floor installation, furniture assembly, plumbing repairs, and related services) and makes contact and quote request forms available. The information on the Site is general in nature; specific proposals and contracts are formed solely through written or confirmed communication between the parties.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only in a lawful manner and in compliance with these terms. The following are prohibited: submitting false or misleading information, using malicious software, unauthorised access to systems, and behaviour that damages the rights of CASAFIXA or third parties.
