This document explains how COSMIC DUSK, UNIPESSOAL LDA ("CASAFIXA", "we") collects, uses and protects your personal data in connection with our website and services. We act in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Portuguese law.

- Contact / quote request form: Full name, phone number, email address, request description and, optionally, photographs you upload. Purpose: to respond to your request and provide a service quote.
- Review form: Name, email and review text. Purpose: to record the customer experience and, with your consent, publish it on the site.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, etc. (for log and security purposes, when necessary).
3. Purpose and legal basis for processing
Your data is used solely for the stated purposes: responding to requests, providing the service, publishing reviews after authorisation, legal obligations and legitimate interest (security, service improvement). Processing is based on pre-contractual or contractual performance, consent or legitimate interest, as applicable.
4. Retention period
Contact and request data is kept for the time necessary to complete the request and comply with any legal retention obligations. Review data may be retained for publication and archiving purposes until a deletion request is received or our retention policy applies. Legal retention periods will always be respected.
5. Sharing of data
Your data may be shared with service providers bound by contract (email, hosting, technical support) strictly necessary for the provision of the service. We do not sell data to third parties. No transfers are made to countries outside the GDPR framework unless legally required; where necessary, the safeguards set out in the GDPR apply.

As a data subject, you have the following rights: access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction of processing, data portability, objection and human intervention in automated decisions. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese Data Protection Authority (CNPD) at www.cnpd.pt.
